We’re so excited to welcome all new patients to our Rogers dental office! In order to help prepare you for your upcoming visit, we’ve put together a page with all of the new patient information you need, including details about your appointment, insurance and financing information, and everything you may be wondering about our in-house savings plan. Your First Visit
Here in Rogers, we want all patients to feel welcomed and at ease from the moment they first step through our door. When you come in for your initial visit, you’ll be warmly greeted by Jessica and Shamber, our treatment coordinators. While you wait, you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a bottle of water. Once you’re brought back to a treatment room, one of our hygienists or assistants will take the time to learn everything they can about you and also do what they can to help you feel comfortable. Our dental chairs have built-in massagers you can enjoy, and there’s a TV in every room where you can watch your favorite channel.
Once you’re settled, Dr. Phelan will perform a comprehensive exam that involves the teeth, gums, muscles, and any signs of possible oral cancer. We can also focus on a specific area of damage or pain, if that’s what you want. Once we’re satisfied with our findings, we’ll explain them clearly so that you understand the issue and the treatments available to fix it. We hope that you always leave feeling more confident about the state of your smile!

Our office is insurance-friendly, and we’re more than happy to help you navigate the specifics of your plan and explain things clearly.
